The property is situated right on beautiful Lake Delton in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Dells. The property has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for your year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks or the ice.

If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah`s Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: • Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. The person on the reservation must be 21 years of age unless preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for residents. • Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS • Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. • Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on- property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. • Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings. • Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. • Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper • Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife • Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills. • Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. • Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.

This was a great cozy space to spend the weekend and get away from life for a while. The view was nice, the condo was well kept and clean. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
This is our 2nd time staying in Lighthouse Cove, 1st time at this condo. The place was super clean and exactly as described. We loved being able to walk right out by the lake. The kids loved the peaceful beach area and being able to go multiple times to Noah's Ark. Location is very convenient to anywhere you need to be. .
The condo was nicely located in a quiet area on the water. Peaceful and nice sunsets! Place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that kitchen could be stocked better. Otherwise was just great!
This is a great location, and had it not been for the yucky fall weather, I would have loved to be outside more. It was a little tricky to find, but once I did - no issues and was a nice stay.
Overall, the condo was great! We went over Labor Day weekend and it was so quiet on the property even though a lot of people were there. The view is incredible!
This property was clean and relaxing. Most essentials were provided. Chris is the best always available for any questions or concerns and quick to resolve them! I will be visiting again soon....
This condo was perfect for a short girls' weekend. It's a very nicely renovated space with everything we needed. Both the condo and the property were very clean. Having the pools and the private beach worked great for a day of relaxing. The location is right near everything, but tucked away enough that it's not busy at all. The view of the lake was perfect for enjoying morning coffee on the porch! Host was very responsive and accommodating to the couple questions I had. I can't say enough great things about our stay! Highly recommend!
This is a beautiful little condo.
Terrific location from which to explore the Dells. We walked to Noah’s Ark and drove to our other destinations from this convenient location.
There are a good number of stairs down from the parking lot, so if mobility is a challenge it’s not a good option. We had no trouble carrying our stuff down for our four night stay and back up when we were through.
The pool and hot tub were nice. We used them briefly the first night we arrived after a long day and for an hour or so the night before we left. So many other Dells experiences kept us busy the rest of the time, but we were happy to have the pool at the condo too.
Kitchen had everything we needed. We got groceries and cooked breakfast each morning before we left for the day. The grill area looked nice, right by the lake, but we never made use of it. So many great restaurants to choose from too.
Honestly, this would easily be a five star review and could have been the perfect condo for our stay. The only drawback is the herd of elephants in the unit above. When they weren’t stomping about at all hours, it actually sounded like they were moving furniture. Almost like they were purposely making as much noise as possible.
I don’t know if that is an owner or permanent tenant or we just had bad luck with whoever was above at the time we were there. Also this is entirely beyond the control of the owner of the unit we rented. He was a pleasure to work with.
