    The Space:

    This deluxe resort getaway, a combination of two side-by-side condos, is sure to be a hit with everyone in your travel group! Prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Dine at the attached breakfast bar, the nearby, fireside table, or one of two tables for two. The highlight of these condos is the in-room jetted tub where you can soak away your cares after days out exploring the area. Additional amenities include two gas fireplaces and four TVs. And outside, you can take in the view off your furnished balcony or head downstairs to discover the wide variety of on-site amenities that await you and your guests. When it's time for shopping, additional attractions, and several other dining options, take a short drive into Wisconsin Dells less than four miles from the property. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family. We’re delighted you’ve chosen Chula Vista Resort, hosted by Vacasa, for your upcoming escape. Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away. Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind. Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. The bed and kitchen facilities were fine, however, the air conditioning unit in one of our rooms needed to be repaired, which calling the service number did resolve. Also, the fact that we would have to complete our own laundry if we wanted fresh towels was not plainly disclosed, nor the fact that we would need quarters for the laundry machines in order to complete a load, and there was no coin change machine anywhere on the premises. Also, one of the remotes for the TVs was not functional.

Renting property was very easy. When arriving could only get in one condo. Called local number for help and could totally tell women did not know what to do. Kept putting me on hold. Took over an hour for someone to actually help us Get in second condo. After that things went well
