This cozy vacation rental is located at the Sunset Cove Condo complex just two blocks off of Broadway and overlooks Crandalls Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee with a spectacular view of the Wisconsin River and the adjoining bay.

If you’re in town for sports, the central location provides easy access to the area’s many athletics venues including JustAGame Fieldhouse and Woodside Sports Complex.

Looking for nightlife? All the best that Downtown Dells has to offer is a safe stroll away. Quick access to dining, shopping and nightlife are just a few of the many benefits.

Looking to bring your boat? The City boat ramp is located right outside your door and parking is available across the street for a small fee.

Affording visitors all the comforts of home at an affordable rate, this unit is fully furnished and provides central air & heat, cable TV, WiFi and one off street parking stall. Additional street parking is available.

The living room, dining area and kitchen make up the cozy common area. Kick back on the couch and settle in for movie night on the huge flat screen that sits above the gas fireplace. The big game can also be seen from the adjacent dining area which provides seating for 4. Extra seating for 2 is available at the kitchen counter.

The furnished kitchen features full size appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The unit also offers a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware.

After a day at the water park, enjoy a great night’s rest. The Riverwalk Retreat comes with two bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests total. The Master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom offers a plush queen bed. Each is furnished with a flat screen television with cable connection. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit which offers added privacy. Perfect for a couples or family getaway!

The Riverwalk Retreat is ideally situated just a few hundred yards off Broadway in Downtown Wisconsin Dells.

It sleeps 4 comfortably and the living room sofa bed provides additional accommodations for two.

Maximum occupancy for this condo is 6. Rates are based on 4. An extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies.

Sunset Cove is part of an association that has a few rules to follow.

*Parking is limited to one car per unit. Unit 405 is the number of your designated space.
*NO campers, trailers or motor homes are permitted.
*If cars are parked in someone else’s parking space, they will be ticketed and towed.
*During winter months, when it snows, you must move your vehicle out of the parking space so the plow can clear it by 8am or you may be fined and/or towed. There is off-street parking available.
*Two-bedroom units have a max capacity of 6 guests.
*Pool hours are 9 a.m to 9 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty so all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
*Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Quiet time includes: no laundry machines or dishwasher being used; no whirlpools being used; no vacuuming; and no loud music. No washing machine and dishwasher is to be used unattended, because of possible flooding.
*No guest is allowed to use the fitness center due to insurance reasons.
*Pets are not allowed.
*No smoking allowed.
*Trash and recycled items have their own dumpster.
*No food or drinks are allowed in the pool areas. The only exception is plastic water bottles.
