We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. With that said, feel free to invite friends and family to hang out, have dinner, or enjoy the amenities.

No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) Airbnb business.... last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon checkin please notify owner via airbnb immediately.

Clean, quiet condo

Very nice and comfortable condo in a quiet area, away from the hustle of the Dells but yet only a few minutes from all activities. I would return to this property again.

Dells Bungalow

We stayed here for 3 nights and took advantage of the pool. It was area surrounded my similar bungalows. It was nice to walk around the area. Thank you for the easy communication.

Two very minor issues that were resolved immediately by the manager - very responsive. Great location if you plan to stay near the Ishnalla supper club. A few minor maintenance issues need attention but would certainly stay there again.

Very cute and cozy!

The resort is super cute and includes great amenities. The condo itself was awesome. Love the high ceilings and the bedroom loft. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with basic necessities. The place was immaculate. The temp was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The owner/manager kept in touch and was very friendly. We are very happy with our stay!

Clean and Comfortable

My spouse, 2 teenagers, and my parents stayed in this cozy townhouse. Although a bit outdated, we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great communication. We appreciated all the activities offered on site, as well as discounted activities around the area.

Very clean condo

Hello! Condo was very clean and smelled nice upon arriving. My husband and 4 kids and I had a nice time and the kids really enjoyed fishing, the pool, playing pickle ball and the playground!

Close to attractions but quiet area

Con’s - Second bedroom upstairs is loft so has a door but open wall so all noise from downstairs can be heard. Please change fan in upstairs bath as super noisy. Pros - check out the activity center. Had all items needed in kitchen for food prep. Place was clean. Host kept in touch.

Property fit our needs...3 senior citizens with all main bath & bedrooms on second floor was a challenge, but property manager was very helpful. Road construction made navigating to the area challenging at times, and power washing of ynits was done while we were there. All things not able to control by manager.challenging

Tamarack Stay at Mirror

Very unhappy with this rental. It said it was a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. It was only a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. I called to complain about the mold in the bathroom shower, how loud the fans were in the bathrooms, the bugs on the air conditioner, the sticky floor in the kitchen and the owner said he would look into it. I have never hear anything back. Also, in the pictures online there were dressers in the bedrooms. There were no dressers or anywhere to put your clothes. You literally had to live out of your suitcase.
