Had a reservation a month in advance just to be told when I arrived that everyone in party needed to be 21 and over, although (me) was over 21 and reserved the hotel. All other members of my party were 20. Asked why this wasn’t said when reserving hotel and got no answer. The person who helped us was extremely rude (so called supervisor) and was laughing at the fact that I was three hours away from home with no place to stay now. I asked if there was any nearby hotels that would take us last minute with the fact of my party being under 21 and was told “I don’t know” later to find out that the supervisor who was helping us ALSO worked at the hotel we had to book last minute across the street that luckily had a room for us on such a busy weekend. Yet…he had NO idea if there was any other hotels that could take us in and would not help us.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to be informed of our age policy at the last minute, despite your prior reservation and the significant distance you traveled. Since you booked on line we would not have had the opportunity to tell you until arrived at the hotel. We have our policy on all of the online booking partner’s sites. Furthermore, we are extremely concerned to hear about the unprofessional behavior you experienced from our staff. It is our priority to provide courteous and helpful service, and we are disheartened to learn that you were treated otherwise. Please be assured that we are addressing this issue with the staff involved to prevent such occurrences in the future.Your feedback about the lack of assistance in finding alternative accommodations is also troubling. We will work on improving our support in such situations to ensure our guests receive the necessary help and information.

We stayed at many hotels over the last couple of months while on a 7 week vacation and this was one of the better ones. The check in staff was lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved how each bed had 4 very comfortable pillows on them. Also, the parking was convenient. The only complaint we had is that 20 minutes before the breakfast was supposed to close down (9:30), there was very little food left, including the waffles and orange juice - and the eggs were almost gone but were cold. Had we been there when the breakfast opened I'm quite sure we would have been very impressed as the selection was wonderful. I'll say this about all the hotels we stayed at that have the 9:30 end time for their breakfast - we wish the breakfasts would close at 10 so people on vacations can sleep in a little bit.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub area was clean as well. They are in the middle of painting and the pool towels were very small. Would stay again.

The staff was friendly and so nice! The property itself was dirty and outdated. In our room the nightstand was sticky and some areas don't get cleaned often. The sheets were over bleached that my child got a rash.

For the price and compared to similar hotels in Wisconsin Dells, this is one of the best. This hotel may not be the newest or most modern, but it offers everything you need for great stay. Clean and up to date rooms, a nice pool area with hot tub and sauna, a clean and fully equipped fitness facility, and a morning breakfast as good if not better than other hotels. The breakfast staff was polite and welcoming as was the front desk staff. All and all a great vaue and again, probably the best hotel in its category in the Dells. I would highly recommend.

The room was nice - 2queen beds, table with 2 chairs. No lounge chair. Most outlets worked to charge devices. Decent WiFi. Quiet room, did not hear neighbors or hallway noise. Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff was very friendly, kept area clean and well stocked. Check-in staff was courteous and helpful. Pool was pretty big. Hot tub was clean. Sauna was out of service.

Very average, mold in bathroom
The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was average. I wish there had been more yogurt and fresh fruit options at breakfast. My biggest complaint was mold on the bathroom ceiling. You can tell this hotel is older and in need of some updating. The side door was also not locked, so anyone could walk into the hotel without a key. We just needed a place to crash and my daughter wanted to swim, so the hotel worked well enough. I likely would not stay here again.

We had a last-minute request for a lower level close to a door, handicap type of room and the front desk. Staff was very kind and accommodating to that when we checked in.. They also had suggestions for dinner, etc..
