Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy.
