The fully renovated and luxuriously furnished 4-room holiday apartment on the lower level spans 122 square metres and offers:

- Three bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs.

- A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules for the day of arrival), a kettle with a select assortment of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, tasteful furnishings, and a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi, guest parking, and a terrace are available.

Haus Opal features 6 modern holiday apartments spread across 3 floors (no lift available)

It is located in the Neuastenberg area, just 2 km from the Kahlen Asten, 3 km from the bike park, and 5 km from city centre Winterberg. In this small resort town, you’ll find a bakery, a butcher shop, a restaurant, and a small, family-friendly ski area, including a natural toboggan run.

The Winterberg ski lift network is just a few minutes’ drive away (Brembergkopf I + II and Bremberg lifts).

You can conveniently store your bicycles in our bike garage. A washing machine is available for free use at Haus Saphir.

Thanks to its natural setting, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also warmly welcome and will find well-maintained routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.

Contactless check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

Since we use a door code lock system, no in-person key handoff is required. On the day of your arrival, we’ll email you the door code for your holiday rental around 10:30 a.m. If you don’t have access to your email during your trip, please contact us in advance.
