This completely renovated and newly furnished 3-room apartment, with an area of 60 m², offers:

- Two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own TV.
- A hallway.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower, including a hair dryer.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules for the day of arrival), a kettle with a select assortment of teas, and a toaster.
- A spacious dining and living area with a cosy corner couch that converts into a comfortable sleeper sofa. This area is attractively furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking are available.
- Access is via a code system, so there’s no need to exchange keys.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, with two double beds and 2 sleeping spots on the sofa bed. If needed, we’re happy to provide an additional baby bed and a high chair. Please let us know if you’d like these.

Haus Jade features 4 holiday rentals spread across 3 floors and is located in a very central area. The nearby town centre is within easy walking distance, and you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and a petrol station right in the area. The ski lift carousel is just a few minutes’ drive away (P1 Bremberg), and the Kahle Asten is only 6 km away.

Thanks to its natural setting, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-maintained routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.

Contactless check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Since we use a door code lock system, there is no need for a personal key handoff. On the day of your arrival, we’ll email you the door code for your holiday rental around 10:30 a.m. If you don’t have access to your email during your trip, please contact us in advance.
