The village of Silbach is located very close to the town of Winterberg in an idyllic valley. Up on the southern slope of the Nordhelle mountain, Haus Sonnenstraße 21 is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The spacious duplex apartment (88 m²) extends over the 1st and partly 2. Floor of the house and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living area with open kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.

The living room with the cozy seating corner and fireplace invites you to relax on cold winter days. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, music system and VCR. The dining area dominates a large family table, which is suitable both as a dining table and for long game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. The living area is followed by a large balcony. Until the afternoon the sunshine, the view of the valley and the fresh mountain air can be enjoyed here.

The lower bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The upper bedroom is located in the open studio and offers, in addition to 3 sleeping facilities also as a children's room a lot of space for playing and romping.

Top plek

Het huisje was perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gesitueerd in een mooie omgeving waar je prima kan wandelen en dichtbij genoeg van de wat grotere plaatsen zoals Winterberg en Schmallenberg voor de boodschappen en winkeltjes. We zouden hier absoluut nogmaals verblijven. Snel en prettig contact met de eigenaar en de sleuteloverdracht was ook goed geregeld.

Wie immer ein Traum

Die Wohnung strahlt eine wunderbare Freundlichkeit aus, und die Kinder haben sich wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Es ist wirklich ein magisches Dörfchen und der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Nachbarin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

We zijn hier geweest en wezen skiën in Winterberg. Met 10 minuten ben je op de berg. Een supermarkt is op 4 minuten met de auto en tot laat open.Het huis is groot en schoon en voorzien van oven en vaatwasser.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach einfach toll. Man kann direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus loswandern. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut; es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit – die Wohnung war makellos und sehr einladend. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt war ich äußerst zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Prachtige locatie!

De locatie was precies wat we ons gewenst hadden. Fijn huis, alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Heerlijk groot balkon met fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen rondom Silbach. Genoten van de rustige omgeving en vele wandelmogelijkheden met schitterende vergezichten. Supermarkten op ca. 10 minuten met de auto. In Silbach is een kleine winkel, alleen s ochtends geopend.

Sehr schoene Ferienwohung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geraeumig, verfuegt ueber einen grossen Balkon und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Ort gibt es ein kleine Laedchen. Winterberg erreicht man in 5 bis 10 Autominuten. Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung ein wundervolles Himmelfahrtswochende verbracht.

Eine schöne Zeit in Silbach

Wir waren zum ersten mal in der Region um Winterberg und haben uns entschieden, nicht direkt in Winterberg einzukehren. Die Wohnung in Silbach hat eine schöne Lage und aus der Dachwohnung bekommt man einen tollen Ausblick mit ruhiger Lage. In der Wohnung hat es uns als Familie mit 5 Personen an nichts gefehlt. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und dort wurde uns uneingeschränkte Hilfe angeboten. Die Wohung ist schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Silbach im Sauerland. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Kaminofen, der eine warme und heimelige Atmosphäre schuf. Die Lage ermöglichte uns eine entspannte Zeit inmitten der Natur. Freundliche Gastgeber und eine reibungslose Abwicklung haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gemütlicher Ort zur Entspannung

Heerlijk verblijf!

Het was super! Heel gezellig ingericht - heel schoon en alles was aanwezig (bedtextiel, handdoeken, kruiden, WiFi, tv etc). Wij gingen skiën in Winterberg en was 9 min met auto. Dichtbij is ook n klein buurtsuper ( in ochtend open). Echt een aanrader!
