Apartment 'With Pool Sauna, Skiing' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

  • Ferienwohnung für bis zu 5 Personen mit ca. 65 qm. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett im Schlafzimmer. Außerdem eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen im Wohnzimmer. Pool- und Wellnessbereich im Gebäude können exklusiv für die Mieter mitgenutzt werden.



    Die Innenstadt Winterbergs ist nur ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt, zum Skigebiet könnt ihr laufen. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Golfplatz, und unmittelbar an der Unterkunft beginnen tolle Wanderwege und Bikestrecken.



    Nach einem Tag auf Wanderwegen oder der Skipiste relaxt ihr auf dem Balkon mit Blick in die Berge, im hochwertigen Hallenbad oder schaut Euch auf dem Smart TV einen Film an.



    Wenn ihr die Tür öffnet, steht ihr in einem offenen Flur, in dem das Esszimmer ist. Danach kommt man über die Küche in das sehr geräumige Wohnzimmer.



    Rechts vom Eingang findet ihr ein separates WC und dann die Badewanne.



    Das gilt auch für die neue Küche (mit Ceranfeld & Mikrowelle, Senseo-Maschine, Wasserkocher und natürlich dem nötigen Zubehör zum Kochen).



    Das sehr geräumige Wohnzimmer hat ein supergemütliches Sofa und ein Schrankbett. Der 55 Zoll TV ist Smart. Hier könnt Ihr natürlich auch Apps auf dem TV nutzen (Mediatheken, YouTube etc.). Schlafen könnt ihr im Wohnzimmer auf einem vollwertigen, ausklappbaren Schrankbett mit 1,60m x 2,00m. Im Schlafzimmer wartet ein Boxspringbett (1,80m x 2,00m) und ein Einzelbett (0,90m x 2,00m) auf Euch. Ebenso ein Kleiderschrank und ein weiterer Smart TV.



    Vom Wohnzimmer kommt ihr auf den Balkon (ca. 9qm), von dem aus ihr die Aussicht in Richtung Natur genießt.



    Online geht ihr per kostenfreiem WLAN. Der Schlüssel für die Wohnungstür befindet sich in einem Schlüsselkasten hinter dem Gebäudezugang. Den Code erhaltet ihr vorab von uns.



    Ihr habt die Wohnung für Euch alleine. Das Schwimmbad (kostenfrei) und die Sauna (gegen geringe Gebühr) sind Teil der Wohnanlage und können von Euch mitgenutzt werden. Den Skikeller der Anlage könnt ihr ebenfalls gerne nutzen. Ebenso zur Wohnung gehört eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Waschraum im Keller. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl stehen auf Anfrage bereit. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände ist vorhanden. Ein Haustier ist nach Absprache gegen Gebühr erlaubt.
