"Property was clean and comfortable. It's on th eother side of the building from the elevator so you have to walk around the whole building whenever you come and go. not the best when in ski boots or hauling your luggage but for the price it's hard to beat compared to other units. The property is across the street and about 150 yard walk to the gondola which isn't too bad as it's mostly flat. There are ski lockers on the 1st floor which is convenient. Access to the garage was a pain as we did not realize there was an extra fee for that not included in the price of the condo and there is no other place to park. We had to contact the rental agency to get that straightened out before the garage access would work. I did not see this in the description for the unit but I could have missed that and the per night fee seemed high for a guest.We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice and was well maintained. Our view was of the courtyard where the hot tub was and you could see part of the mountain.Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided which was nice. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but that typical of those so it's something to keep in mind if you need to use it.It's listed as ski-in/ski-out but it is not on the slopes and the unit is across the street."

"The slopes, condo, and hot tub were nice. But the different codes to get in and out everywhere were terrible. There was a different code for your room, hot tub, garage- it was very hard to manage with kids that need to come and go. The ski in ski out was misleading because you had to walk quite a ways to get to the gondola "

"We stayed at this VRBO condo with two other families who also stayed in the same building and it was a major disappointment for all involved. The listing clearly advertised ski-in/ski-out access, but that is false. Between the confusing check-in process and the parking system, we lost half of our first morning of skiing as we could not pick up our rental equipment the afternoon before our first day. Major issues:1. Misrepresented ski-in/ski-out access not as advertised2. Parking system was the absolute worst. We were stranded inside the garage several times due to the requirement of paying 24 every 24 hours. 3. The check-in process was confusing. 4. Building requires different codes for your room and hot tub access. You must keep your phone and VRBO booking info handy at all times to get around.5. Condo lacked towels for hot tub.6. Very uncomfortable mattress, cheap pillows and poor-quality bed sheets. Sleep was terrible.Our family has stayed in VRBO rentals many times. This was the worst experience in terms of convenience, comfort and misrepresentation of ammenities. When the only thing you talk about on vacation is how bad everything is, it ruined the trip. I cannot recommend this property until the listing is correct, the parking system is fixed and the basic comforts are improved. This constitutes our first, and hopefully only, negative VRBO review."

"We were disappointed with the condition of the condo. Upon entering, it appeared clean, but upon closer inspection, we found several issues. Here are some bullet points highlighting the problems: - Three pans were dirty. - The twin bed mattresses were lumpy. - The carpet looked dirty. - The master bath tiles were dirty. - The master tub was clogged when we took a shower. - The master tub was very slippery. We have stayed in several other condos there and had no such issues. Thank you for allowing us to submit our feedback."

"Overall our family had a great stay. We had 3 adults and 1 grade schooler. The pull out couch worked well for my 20 year old sister and the air mattress worked well for our 8 year old. My wife and I slept in the bedroom. Our family didn’t spent much time in the unit since we were there to ski and be outside. There is a general store just feet away from the lodge entrance and that was nice. We were able to grab breakfast items there. The unit included a large locker for skis and equipment as the equipment is not allowed in the room. Our stay was at the end of March and it was unusually warm. The unit does NOT have AC so we opened the balcony door and a window. You definitely pay for location as the village is right outside the door. There are no streets to cross to get to the village. This was significant to us because our 8 year old is not too careful watching for traffic. There was little chance for an early check in without booking the night before. Our family rode the ski train in and had kill about 6 hours before checkin. The front desk had an area we could leave our luggage while our family explored. "
