This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park with a walk out patio to the village.

First floor 1 BR with brand new king size memory foam mattress and new linens, a full kitchen & bath (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), new pull-out sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include walk-out patio, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during winter), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, free wifi, easy access to laundry (literally across the hall) and access to slopes and trails. There is no Air Conditioner in my unit, in the building or in the entire Fraser Valley for the most part.

If you are someone who values being first in lift line in the morning or hitting the last run in the day, you cannot beat this location!!

Great Location - Quick Summer Stay

We stayed for 2 nights - very nice, clean location. Enjoyed all the amenities within walking distance. Had a nice, convenient drive to Pole Creek Golf Course as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and very much enjoyed our stay!

2nd time staying here and it was yet again incredible! So close to the slopes and just all around close to everything! Bed is soft and comfy, love hanging on the couch watching a movie after a long day of skiiing to wind down! Can’t wait to come back next season!

Literally feet from the gondola. Well equipped kitchen and everything you need for a cozy winter get away. I'll follow up directly with the owner on some cleanliness needs for the property but overall a very nice stay. Owners were very helpful!

Quite comfort

This is a well maintained older property and is just as listed. We especially enjoyed being on the walk-out level. It's a very large complex, but perfectly quite in this fall season. We found it to be the perfect size for the two of us. Would stay here again to visit RMNP.

We had a great stay in this room which was accurately described. The room had a comfy feel to it and was sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The bed was one of the more comfy ones slept in at the Zephyr Lodge. Thank you for making our stay a great one! We will keep this room in mind for our next trip to Winter Park.

Breathtaking views! Entertainment ski lifts within walking distance. Have told friends & family about this hidden gem. Will return yearly, if not more often :) Parking was not easy though. $23 daily & kind of confusing with 2 key badges that you'll need to pick up from front desk lockbox...lesson learned.

So close to gondala. Lots of eateries close. Very clean and has everything one would need. Food to borrow in a pinch. We didnt need anything, but a great idea. We took a free shuttle to safeway, which was cold and unpredictable. There is a small convience store also close for quick things. Highly recommend condo. Easy condo check in. Nice resort. Workers very polite. We got 6 inches of snow, so very happy! Lol

Great location for skiing with young kids.

This place was great for our family of four. The location was perfect for picking up skis and getting the kids to ski school and then walking back to go skiing ourselves. Overall, it appeared clean and stocked with extras (condiments, food and snacks). Plenty of bedding and towels. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the kids slept fine on the pull out couch. There is a Safeway card in the binder, so use that to get the discount at the grocery store in Winter Park. It was easy to ski in and out for lunch and close to ice skating and Lime. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. You have to vacuum when you leave, but it’s a small space. Plenty of keys and the lanyards were the best idea! The water was the hottest water I have ever had at a hotel/ Vrbo so that was nice. Fireplace was great. It was a great walk out for skiiing and with kids. I would highly recommend. It’s small, but worked well for what we needed. Getting skis at Winter Park was super easy and the ski locker was super convenient. Owner was nice and we were able to get in a bit early. We would absolutely stay in this condo again!
