We knew it was going to be a tight fit for a family of 4, but that was outweighed by the convenience of the property to the slopes and all of the village amenities.
This is a great location for Winter Park skiing and having the ski lockers right in the building is great. Also nice to have the underground parking for your car. The condo is a bit dated but overall it was a good place to stay for a short visit.
Check-In was really convenient with the lock box in the lobby. Rooms were clean and it had everything we needed. They even had some games.

This condo was right in the heart of winter park with access to so much stuff to do! Communication was great, parking was handy and we enjoyed the views from the condo.
Definitely will be returning.
The condo was nice and very clean. It was in the middle of Winter Park with access to everything. The ski lockers made it easy to suit up and walk right out to the slopes.
We would have given it a 5 star, but the bed was so noisy / squeaky it was hard to sleep. Anytime one would turn over it would wake the other person. Also some of the pans are in terrible shape, one of the pans is missing tons of teflon and should not be used.
Location couldn’t be better! You are steps from the lifts, shops, and restaurants. We loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The condo was a great fit for our family of 4. I can not say enough great things about the Winter Park Lodging Company. Excellent customer service! We had one issue with needing sheets for the pull out couch bed, and they addressed quickly after an easy text to ask for bedding. The communication was amazing. They knew we were celebrating my son’s birthday so they left a hand written Happy Birthday note and birthday goodies for him. It was such a nice touch, and we all appreciated the attention to every detail. This was a wonderful stay!

We had a blast at Winter Park and enjoyed the unit we stayed in. The location is unbeatable in terms of distance to the gondola, Starbucks and other amenities. Fully functioning kitchen for us to use and a great little deck/patio to enjoy fresh air.

We ski Winter Park once or twice a season and have chosen to stay on Zephyr the past 5 years. This condo is now our number 1 favorite in the one bedrooms. The unit is very well stocked, well maintained, and very comfortable! We hope to stay here again in the future.
AMAZING!!! This property exceeded our expectations. Location! Location! Can't say enough for our host Heather. Easily accessible for any questions. Property was fully stocked with great kitchen appliances and everything needed. The sleeper sofa was the most comfortable I have ever slept on.
The Zephyr mountain lodge is keyport for all activities...skiing, tubing, shopping, eating and etc. When at the resort make sure to stop by and eat at Mexicali Taco great tasting food and customer service.
Extremely convenient right by the gondola and a few steps from the ski rental store. Easy to take a break for lunch and get right back on the gondola. Condo is right on the bus route and one block from where all the buses stop going into town. Kitchen has most of the amenities you will need: foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, hot chocolate, spices, oil, etc. Also good to have the humidifier and gas fireplace. Underground parking is $16/day and only really need the car if you do not want to carry all the grocery bags back on the bus. Nice condo ... fabulous location.

We enjoyed the condo and views, the pillows and blankets on the sofa and in the bedroom didn't smell clean or fresh they smelled like they hadn't been washed. :(
Love coming to Winterpark to escape texas summer. Had a wonderful week of golf , biking and hiking. Loved the condo. Perfect location. Easy ride to catch Frazier river trail. Several great hikes outside the door. Very clean and neat. Had everything we needed. Only thing it would have been nice to have a smart tv to watch some nexflix or prime when winding down from a long day but we were fine without it!

My wife and I came for a week to go mountain biking in Trestle and hike in the area. The condo is exactly as it is in the pictures. It was very clean. The furniture is good, not at all dated like in many other places.
While the kitchen is not very big, it is the best stocked kitchen I have encountered in a vacation condo in many years. There is everything you need to cook and it is in a well maintained order. For example: a set of sharp chef knives, pots and pans that are not at all beat up, variety of dressings, souses and spices, etc. The bed is comfortable. The place looks like it was renovated within a couple of years. The host promptly answered any questions.
The building is the one that faces the gondola - you couldn't stay any closer. This condo faces the other side, which is a creek side. When you open windows, you can hear the creek running - very soothing.
The bus stop is about 5 minute walk - we did not rent a car. If you do not want to or feel like cooking, there are about 10 restaurants within 5 minute walk.
Overall - one of the best condos at a very reasonable price that we stayed in many years. We would love to come back some time.
This rental was great! It was clean and very homey, everything that we needed was available to us and stocked up, and the location was perfect. It was also super convenient to have the bike storage and hut tubs!
