Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1420 Ski-In/Ski-out
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 and is located on the fourth floor with views of the village base. You will find current stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and more for making meals at your vacation home.
This lovely condo offers comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, with smart TV’s throughout. The kitchen counter bar seats four. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a 32” smart TV and a large closet. The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower combo. The second bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds and a 32” smart TV.
Parking is available in the heated garage, free during the off-season and $23 per day during ski season. Zephyr only allows one parking space per condo. The clearance for the garage is 8ft 2in.
The beautiful complex features a community hot tub and BBQ grill. You will also find a coin-operated laundry room on each level.
The condo is accessed with an RFID key card. This key card will be located in a lockbox in the main lobby.

We take a family ski vacation each year right before Christmas, and this was our first visit to Winter Park. We loved the location of Zephyr Mountain Lodge and the property manager was super attentive/communicative. Although we didn’t need anything, it was nice to hear from them throughout our visit. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits
Ideal location, great room sizes and amenities, excellent communication from VRBO team. This was our first time at Winter Park so we needed some extra help on checking in, parking, etc. - the VRBO team always responded quickly and took care of whatever we needed. Also, this condo at Zephyr Mountain Slopeside was amazing in terms of location, and everything was clean, modern and well maintained.
The location of the condo cannot be beat-super convenient to slopeside restaurants and the gondola. The property was clean and cozy. Plenty of space for my two teens, as well as my husband and myself. The kitchen was adequately stocked. I would have loved it if there were a tea kettle and stainless pans instead of non-stick, but that's me, and it was hardly a problem. Instructions for check-in, etc. were clear, and when we inadvertently left a few items behind, the management company made it a breeze to get them back.
True ski in ski out. No grocery store in village so didn’t cook. We took the train and didn’t have a car. Lots of food options in the village tho. Please add the combo to the lock box to check out instructions. You cannot access the check in info during check out. We fortunately didn’t lock the box after check in so we were fine to put the keys back.
Perfect location, Perfect size. Everything you need for a stress free ski vacation! Need to change the quilt in the master bedroom- It felt dirty. Beds in the second bedroom are uncomfortable. They need to be updated.
The condo was beautiful, updated and very clean. Great location.
I do have two areas of improvement to recommend. The first is to provide 2 room keys. We initially only had one room, key, which makes it difficult when different members of the family are going into different directions and some of them cannot get into the building. I contacted the owner and the 2nd room was given to us the next day. The second is to provide humidifiers for each bedroom. Other than that, the condo was wonderful.
Mountain View’s were beautiful with super close locations for lifts up the mountain to ski. Loved the condo, the space available, bedding was nice. Property managers were like INSANELY good with communication, answered so quickly and helpfully with any questions we had. Booking for next year as soon as reservations open!!

Three nights, ski in/out accessibility, with access to lockers for ski equipment. Located in the Winter Park village, easy walk to restaurants and retail stores. We had a great stay, loved the skiing at Winter Park, highly recommend this unit!
We absolutely loved our stay. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us to spread out. The location was perfect-Super close to everything. Comfy beds, lovely views out the windows, felt homey. Would definitely book again.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a prime location. When you walk out of the front door you step into the village. It’s a short walk to the Gondola, the shops and restaurants. We will stay there again if we return to WP!
Easy to manage (although you might provide a more precise address for getting keys). Covered parking, and we just walked to restaurants. Convenient ski lockers. Perfect for a ski-focused trip.
We’ve stayed here before. Simply incredible all around. You can’t beat location. Very clean and appeared recent remodeled. Great communication before and during our stay. We got text checking up on us after arrival. Just fantastic
The parking was supposed to be included but it wasn't I was informed. Property is definitely could use some remodeling specially in the bathrooms and showers. otherwise things were fine. Thanks

Truly ski in/ski out unit - just by the gondola with a trail running right by it. Great layout for a family of four. Winter Park Village is a fun place for after ski too. The building just needs to figure out hot water - two of our four ski days had no hot water after ski hours. Later there was, but not for the two hours after getting in from skiing when you want a hot shower. Lots of people were complaining - not just our unit. Plus, the hot tub was barely a lukewarm tub. Fix the hot water issue - for units and the hot tub - and this is certainly a five star property. But until then…
Overall, this was a fantastic stay. It was quiet, convenient to rental, village restaurants/shopping. The gondola was 100 feet away and if you put your skis on at the door of the condo, you’ll ski 50 feet then you have to take take them off to walk the rest of the way to the gondola (first world problem for sure). The condo space was comfortable, well stocked and quiet. Laundry is available if you need it or want it.
The only problem we had was check in. The pre arrival materials said to drive into the circle driveway in front of the twin units (Slopeside and Riverside). The problem was that the access to the circle drive was controlled via a numerical keypad. I don’t think that I missed the code in the materials. At this point, we didn’t know exactly where we were. As it turns out, we were about 50 yards from the riverside lobby so we could have temporarily parked and walked in to get our keycard. The underground parking entry (A la carte) required both your room key and a QR code. This was also minor, but may be worth a question before you arrive.
The staff reached out to us unsolicited on several occasions to check on things and did get us a second key when we reported there was only one in the lock box on arrival. Overall great and would gladly rent again. Atassi family
