Beautiful, remodeled condo in downtown Winter Park. Amazing location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, distilleries, bakeries, a market, and more. Walk to concerts at Hideaway Park in the summer months; in the winter months, catch the bus right outside our door to hit the slopes! Our condo is a first floor, end unit with direct access to the river and miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. Grab a chair and a cocktail or set up your corn hole boards in the grassy area by the river. Enjoy the modern Recreation Center with an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool table, and fitness room. We've put our hearts into making this your home away from home and we look forward to hosting you!

Perfect for our trip!

The place was super clean and convenient. We were there for a wedding and were able to walk everywhere we had to go! The booking and check in process was great and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Location

Property was just as advertised and perfectly accommodated or group of 4 adults. Very walkable to everything we wanted to do in town, and the facilities were nice when we wanted to go soak in the hot tub. Loved being right by the river and having the water sounds in the background!

Really enjoyed our stay

Excellent setup for our family which includes 3 young kids. The amenities in the complex were great and we really enjoyed being able to walk along the river to get to Hideaway Park and the restaurant/shopping areas.

Perfect Family Condo

Great location for Winter Park or Granby skiing. Cozy condo is spacious enough for a group but ensures everyone has privacy. The rec center with multiple hot tubs and a pool was wonderful!

Team bonding get away

This was the perfect summer spot. Hiking all around, restaurants in walking distance and just 40 minutes from lake Grandby. We had a blast!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this condo. We love it here and the owners are excellent with communication and accommodations. It’s on the first floor makes it easy to get in and out and the Frasier is right out back can sit and listen to the water flow and fish. We have no complaints. Fully functioning kitchen we prepared and ate meals together every evening for 6 people. Wake N Bacon is excellent for breakfast.

Great Ski Spot

Ski trip with my adult children. Great location near downtown and easy to get to ski hill. Place had a great kitchen and dining area. We used thw hot tub in the rec center! Would stay here again!

Perfect spot for a ski weekend for a group of 4 adults! More than enough space and walking distance to tons of restaurants. Pictures don’t do the condo justice!

Winter Park was calling.....

Great location for a quick ski trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and updated. Conveniently located as we walked to dinner and ski bus shuttle to Winter Park base just steps away. Excellent communication with host. Checked all the boxes! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is very nice - very clean and welcoming. my family loved the patio overlooking the river. My daughter-in-law is handicapped but was able to get through the small bathroom door with help. She is wheelchair bound so the first floor condo worked well for her handicap.The communication with the owner was very quick and helpful. Excellent condo!

Comfortable property, as described

We had a great, comfortable family stay at this property and everything was as described in the listing. We only regret we couldn’t have stayed longer. The host was great with communication leading up to the trip and check in/check out was easy. We would stay here again!

Perfect Winter Park Getaway!This condo was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the owners put thought into making it a comfortable and functional space. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed to prepare breakfast each morning, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.The living area was spacious and cozy, with plenty of room for all six of us to relax together after a day out. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away next to the river for a peaceful and scenic atmosphere.We loved how relaxing and convenient everything was. Excellent amenities, a beautiful setting, and a truly welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best Place to stay!!

This is our 3rd year in a row to stay at the same condo. The host are absolutely wonderful and always respond so quickly if a need arises. The condo is clean and well stocked, comfortable beds & great tiled showers. There was 5 of us and very comfortable. The back balcony is right on the Frasier & a few steps from the running creek. Perfect!!!!

Property was exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated and extremely clean. Location was perfect for skiing, shopping, dining & hanging out. Hot tubs, pool and pool table at the rec center got a fair amount of use. Easy to tell that the owners take pride in their property. Communication with Kerry was excellent. Highly recommend!

Comfy beds, immaculate condo, unbeatable location

I really don't want to say how wonderful this condo is, because I'd like to book it again for our next ski vacation :) I have stayed in many rentals, and this is one of my all time favorites- the hosts were excellent at communication and had thought of so many little things to make our stay wonderful- from having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, to emergency toothbrushes, books and a good selection of board games. Also- the BEDS WERE SO GREAT- wonderful bedding and very comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked, and you could tell this has been a treasured rental for many :) Hope to stay again soon!

Perfect Experience in Winterpark

This should be on your short list of considerations if you are looking at WP. Conventient to everything. This Condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds. My family of 6 had everything we needed to make it a special weekend. Kerry is truly a super duper host! Went over and beyond in communication and flexibility. Highly recommend this place!
