Parking was great. Room was clean except no working vent in the bathroom. The vent in the bathroom was completely dust caked on it. No breakfast available during our stay. No room service during our stay, trash was never emptied and we had to go to the front desk for more towels. Swimming pool and hot tub was closed for Wednesday night for maintence that lasted the whole night.

super convenient to winter park ski base with free public shuttle that runs all day. restraunt service at the hotel is convenient when its open. not tubs have a great view, but could be cleaner.

I like the proximity to winter park ski area I wish the shuttle was more reliable or on time. They could get a little closer to the base of the mountain for drop off and pickup

Dirty, Carpets are gross. Pool area not clean. Hot tub really gross. Restaurant in building only serves fried food for dinner. I would never stay here again. We had 2 nights booked and left a day early.

Do not write reviews much but I will say I was not pleased with my stay here. The carpet in both the hallways and the room were stained in multiple areas. The restaurant service was poorly staffed making wait times incredibly long for service and the food was eh. This morning they ran out of breakfast so we had to go eat somewhere else. Location and convenience to the resort was great

We only stayed for one night so it wasn’t too bad for us, but for one night we payed almost $200 for a room that wasn’t up to date (bathroom was small and had stains in tub, carpet was very visibly dirty, there were some light stains on the bed sheets, the AC didn’t do much at all, the windows were small which didnt let us fully enjoy the extra money we spent for a mountain view). Again for one night it wasn’t terrible, but if we’re up in Winter park again we probably won’t be staying here.

Well we booked this hotel but didn't actually stay in the room for more than 30 minutes. The minute you get off the elevator you can see the dirt and stains on the hallway carpeting. It's amazing that a hotel directly across the street from Winter Park ski resort is in this condition. The hotel room beds looked as if they had been slept in and someone just threw the sheet back on the bed and tried to make it look made up. Everything is at 30 years old. Bathroom was totally gross. You can hear every noise in adjacent rooms and the hallway. We left after 30 minutes and the woman at the counter downstairs did not seem surprised at all....as if it happens all the time. Just do not bother with this place.

The hot tub maintenance could use a lot of work and some upgrades around the property is really needed. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious and have covers basic needs. Staff was friendly and nice. Parking is a breeze. They allow pets but don’t have stocked pet waste bags around the property.

This property is run down, old and not well mantained. Needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. Furniture was worn and fraying. Bed skirts had stains. Toilet paper holder missing wall mount. Windows have lost their seals and moisture is built up between panes. Indoor pool was freezing. If you like cold plunges it was perfect. Im sure this hotel was wonderful back in the day. The price is low and the proximity to the ski resort is great.

The only plus for this hotel was its proximity to the ski resort and the free shuttle. The hotel and the rooms were incredibly dirty and rundown.

Two things of note. No alert that there is no daily cleaning service Second. It is a child friendly resort. Kids can be noisy.

This property is reasonably nice, not exceptionally fancy, but clean and comfortable, and rustic and a little worn in the way so many ski area lodgings are. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the on site ski rental is pretty clutch (right next to hotel main desk), the restaurant and bar are serviceable, there is parking, the ski shuttle ran reliably every 10-20 minutes or so, and all in all I had a good time, had great ski weather, and the lodge was a great place to stay, and reasonably priced. Someone told me they're rehabbing the property this summer, which I'm sure will make it nicer and also more expensive

This hotel is deteriorating and is in need of renovation and repair. The roof is leaking and there was a bucket in the middle of the restaurant to catch the leaking water. Both hot tubs were cold. The window curtains in the room are so old that the lining on them is cracking and has holes. The internet in the room didn't work well.

The staff when we checked in and out, and the staff in the bar were very kind and nice. The hot tubs weren’t working, they were ice cold. The restaurant only was serving six menu items. And, the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets and towels weren’t well stocked.

I liked our room with the pretty windows looking at the ski slopes. It was clean. However, the property is not well maintained. We called the front desk 4 times and went down to the desk for help with a clogged toilet at 8:00am. No one came while we were away for 7 hours. When we returned we called again and after waiting about an hour, a young man came to fix the toilet. Our other complaint was that the wifi was terrible in the hotel. The staff were all nice people. We did not like the city shuttle to the slopes. The ski base is right across the street, but the shuttle drove all over to various stops before dropping us off at the ski base. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I would recommend driving to the slopes as the shuttle takes forever.

Hotel was nice, but the rooms were average. The heating in the room did not work properly. When set to a specific temperature, the fan and heat would blow all night, regardless of temperature in the room. The beds were average and pillows had no structure to them at all.

The location was good for the grand adventures activities that we wanted to do. But otherwise not very satisfied with the hotel. Got cold breakfast for the amount charged. They closed down restaurant because the bartender was sick with a lot of people waiting to just grab a quick dinner after a long day. We all had to go out to get food. Glad they didnt have a sick person working, but could have had someone take over. The front desk could be better equipped with questions on hours and activities at the winter park. For any questions I had I was just asked to check at the winter park. A better customer service would be more encouraging to return.

The hotel is good and close to all the attractions we planned for our vacation Staff is excellent MY only concern is that during our 3 day stay, they never clean the room, change the sheets or provided clean towels and bath soap. Otherwise, I will stay again for the location it has.

Booked a room for three nights and when we checked into the hotel and got to the room, it was unbelievably dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet seat certainly wasn't cleaned. This place is run down! I forfeited the $664 for the three nights, left and went to a different Resort. Ended up spending over $900 for three nights, but it worth it! Dont stay at this run down, dirty hotel. You'll be sorry you did!

Staff in this hotel is very nice. Other than that everything was disappointing. First of all they say .5miles from Winter Park but that is how the crow flies not really how much you have to travel. There is a highway in between which means you have to take a detour of 1.5 -2 miles at least. If you come by the Winter Express dont go for this hotel. The only connection is the green line lift shuttle which comes about every 40 mins and the bus stop is about 10 mins walk at leasst from the teain station and uncovered. We waited for 40 mins with luggage in the blizzard. No taxi or Uber aailable. Food is surprisingly good , but they run out of a lot of things, like bread, coffee. My room $300 was not worth it at all.

The property is convenient to Winter Park Resort if all you want/need is a bed and shower. The pool/hot tubs need work and the floor around them was in need of a cleaning/fixing. The exercise room is very dirty. The Moffatt Station pub on site is ok for a drink but I would not order the food. The wings were rubbery, mozzarella cheese sticks overcooked and my waffle fries were cold. The staff were nice but it was very clear they were understaffed and when I raised this to the manager at the front desk all she could do was give me a card for the general manager. Personally I would spend the extra $40 a night and stay across the highway in the village next time.
