Good space in convenient location.

The condo was as described and we had everything we needed. The condo was extremely convenient for catching the shuttle to the mountain, and some restaurants are walkable if you wish.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here as we love it so much. Conveniently for the resort (free bus), a short walk to the town (or drive) and a well equipped, comfortable place with all you’ll need for a stay. Recommended.

Ike’s condo is about as close to the resort as you can get without staying on the resort. And close enough to town (walkable to the Ditch) without being in town. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed to be able to cook meals. Everything was clean. The gas fireplace really warms the condo quickly.We would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Well equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Had everything we needed and then some. Very clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners care about providing a good experience. It was also a very convenient location to the lift bus stops and when the beaver village yellow line wasn’t running, it’s an easy walk to the main road where many lines stop by. We also enjoyed the clubhouse, movie rental, pool, hot tubs, and sauna. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked and great location!

We loved our stay at this condo! The place is very sensibly stocked with convenience items from shampoo and body wash to cooking spray. The shuttle bus to the ski resort was extremely convenient and easy to navigate, with a stop just a few steps across the parking lot. I also had an excellent experience with Evolve customer service, as we had to reschedule due to an illness. Our vacation couldn't have been better!

Great Condo!!!

The description and representation of the property was spot on. I had some questions prior to arriving and response time was quick and thorough. Photos give a good representation of the property. This was one parking lot away from the clubhouse with pool and hot tubs, an easy walk in the summer. If you like, you can log into your Netflix account on the big screen TV - always a plus. We had a great friends getaway weekend.

Weeday Trip to Winter Park

In over 50 years of skiing, this unit was one of the best stocked and well kept condos we have stayed in. The owner's have taken great care to ensure clean rooms, fresh sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, dish soap, dish towels, cups, dishware, silverware, wine glasses and every kitchen appliance one could need for a nice vacation. Everything was clean and orderly. The gas fireplace was nice and the location for us was great. Communication instructions for check in and check out were complete and concise. Wifi was seamless. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your unit. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.
