The living area is enhanced by a plush couch and an armchair, complemented by a fireplace, while the sofa conveniently transforms into a bed at night, allowing for an additional two guests. This space also offers a charming environment to enjoy the gas fireplace, a 42” flat screen television, and access to the private deck, which provides views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the building’s second floor. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. This fully renovated one-bedroom condo features a primary bedroom suite furnished with a King bed and a spacious 32” flat screen TV, having received a 5-star rating from guests. It serves as an ideal retreat for relaxation after an exciting day in Winter Park, complete with an en-suite bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks. Situated in the second cul-de-sac of the property, guests can easily access the Clubhouse with just a short walk, while the free town shuttle stops are conveniently located just a few steps away. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. The condo itself was nice and spacious. Could use some better pillows for sleeping, but overall a great spot. The issue we had was our toilet-we only had one, stopped flushing properly at 10pm our first night. We couldn’t see any issues, but water kept coming up to the top. My husband used the plunger but said it didn’t seem to be working great. Called the after hours line at 10:15 and the woman seemed half asleep and said no one could get out there until the next day. That’s unacceptable when there’s only one bathroom. We called the next morning at 8am and was told someone would be there at 9. The gentleman that came was very nice and helpful. Agreed that the plunger was bad and brought us a better one after fixing the toilet. The lack of a working toilet over the night pretty much ruined the first night we were there. Someone needs to be available for emergencies 24 hrs a day!
