The dining area, which can seat six people with its table and chairs, is conveniently located adjacent to the living room. The kitchen has been upgraded with new countertops and appliances, and it is fully stocked with all essential cooking and dining utensils. Furthermore, a half bathroom is conveniently located on this level, near the main entrance. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available. On the upper level of the unit, you will find the master bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed, along with a second bedroom that contains two twin beds. Centrally located between these two bedrooms is a full bathroom. The Hideaway Village complex offers a tranquil yet accessible setting, located only a few minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski Resort. Visitors can take advantage of a comprehensive trail system available throughout the year, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, all just a short distance away. Additionally, it is situated along the complimentary town shuttle route to both Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. The check in is confusing I received multiple emails and finally needed to register on a separate dashboard. Key pickup and return is 5 minutes away.
The house is dated which is ok but there is a strong musty smell and the queen bed seems like it has been fixed w a 2x4. Pillows probably have 20 years on them. It’s time for some updates.
