Great 3 family ski trip!

House was perfect for our group of 15 (3 families). It had easy to access close to Safeway so very convenient, plenty of rooms and beds kids loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

The host is very responsive and when informed of an issue had someone there to fix it within the hour. Thankfully it was only a pilot light out! The bedroom layout is great for large groups and oh my, the hot tub was awesome. We were pleased to find some fans in closets to accommodate the hot natured sleepers. Three generations of our family had a great time!

Great house for large groups

We loved the multiple bedrooms with bunk beds. We also loved the kitchen as it was a great space to prepare meals for a large group. The foosball table was also a favorite. All in all a great place!

Property worked well as our base camp for exploring the region. We visited RMNP, Grand Lake and several sites in the Arapaho national forest. The house was roomy, well lighted, and the large table worked great for dinner and games for all to enjoy

Twelve family members/three generations came from four different locations for a week of skiing and winter fun. This house was very well stocked with more than enough towels, utensils, etc., good size and comfortable for our family, kid friendly, nice hot tub, and nice location.

This home is conveniently located and quite comfortable. We were impressed with the supplies left for our use, from spices to cleaning supplies. The extra refrigerator in the garage came in handy, the hot tub was enjoyable and the Christmas tree was beautiful. A wonderful Holiday and with a group of 14 we never once ran out of hot water!

Perfect size

This home was the perfect size for me, my kids, their spouses, and my four grandchildren. We loved that 3 of the bedrooms had king size beds (which is something that I search for) so that each couple were comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with anything that you would need. The grocery store is close which is an added perk. I would definitely recommend this home.

Family ski trip

We had about 15 of us total and had plenty of space. Very cozy and comfortable. Short drive to the ski lifts. Does say it is on the route of shuttles, but it involves a very steep, long hill to do that. Not what you want to do after skiing all day. But was a ten minutes drive. Clean, clear directions. Great place to stay!!

Wonderful stay in Fraser

We rented this property for a multi-family stay with six adults and six middle and high school aged children. The location was quite convenient for accessing stores and restaurants in Frasier and Winter Park as well as local hiking. The variety of bedrooms worked very well for our group, and the house also had a lot of common areas indoors and on the deck where people could spend time together. The kitchen was also very well stocked with cookware and dishes for meals. When one of the people staying in the house mistakenly left something behind the host was very responsive in finding the item and mailing it. We had a great time and would definitely rent the property again if we were staying in the area.

Nice Location/Plenty of Space but not Ideal for Late Summer

Great location in Fraser and plenty of space for our three families to spread out in the house. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the foosball tournaments in the afternoons. This house may not be the best option for late summer in Colorado as the sun sets in the west and makes the temperature inside at 80 degrees plus, even utilizing all fans available and opening windows. Owners should consider additional window coverings in the main living room area. Lastly, would recommend the cleaning crew do a better inspection of the cabinets, drawers, coffee maker, and refrigerator in the kitchen.

We had super spring snow but managed to have lots of family fun. We drove to MJ to park with easy access We would love it if you could replace the downstairs mattresses as both rooms are getting saggy ( not the bunk beds). This is our 4 th rental and it is an improvement that would be greatly appreciated. We love this house for our families
