Great location. Quick walk to the resort base. Parking was easy. Place was clean and check in and out instructions were clear.

Great location

The location is a 5 minute walk from the slopes, very convenient. Parking is easy although it cost extra. The hot tub is great. The only downside was we thought it slept 4 with a fold out couch, but the couch bed is only a single. We ended up using a duvet and blankets to to create a makeshift mattress for one of the kids.

The room was ready for us before the official check in time and it was clean and easily accessible. It was a convenient walk to everywhere we needed to go and the locker for our snowboards was great to have on location. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the property was always quiet from 10pm-8am, which was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything perfect. One tip is bring your noise cancelling headphones as the hot tub is busy (big) and you can gear it. Enjoy !!

Founders Point at Winter Park

The unit was great! It was located across the street from the lifts about a 5 minute walk. Only small issues, like the light switches didn't work properly and one light kept coming on. The big issue I have is with the property management, Evolve. I never received the check-in instructions until after I had arrived and only once I contacted them. They tried to say they sent the info but they did not. I would recommend anyone using them to reach out and make sure you get the instructions prior to arriving.

Excellence locations, great furnishings and well thought out. Coffee Kcups, razors, toothbrush and sunscreen! Wow. Got it all covered. Comfortable bed and big TV for chillin. Will be back for sure. TV in the bedroom would be a plus.
