Great place for an affordable weekend in winterpark. The hottub was not my favorite hottub ive ever been in but it was fun all the same. Kitchen was great. We couldnt figure out hkw to use the fireplace the way we wanted to but assume user error. In the heart of all the eaterys so easy to get on and off bus and walk to resturants

Very nice condo with space and great amenities
Nicely updated, spacious condo with lots of amenities - hot tub/pool building are just across the driveway. Third floor location with lots of stairs, but at least they are indoors. Tips for future guests: the queen mattress in the loft is a lot more comfortable than the one in the main floor bedroom; the fireplace is on a thermostat system and turns on and off automatically (with the fans, it will really warm up the whole place in the morning); carport parking spaces can be tight for large vehicles; my teenagers loved the bunk room with video games; washer/dryer came in really handy and worked great. We would stay here again!

Snowblaze is pretty tired
Very average. Fireplace not working. Snowblaze property was in its prime in the Carter administration, and not much has been done since - pool / rec center needed work 10 years ago. Location is great, 54 (?) stairs each way is great to get a workout. Overpriced for what you get - this is a “needs work” economy rental. At this price, much better options in town across from the town park.

Nice Condo but property management shortfalls
This is a nice comfortable condo but the property management company has issues they need to address. When we arrived late at night, the condo had not been cleaned. We called the property manager but did not hear back from them. We visited the property management office the following day in the afternoon. The gal at the desk was helpful and arranged to have our condo cleaned. The fireplace did not work (there was a note on the fireplace stating not to use it). The dryer had to be reset several times throughout our time there. In order to do that you have to pull the dryer out away from the wall and push a button. Again, there was a note stating that but it seems that should be fixed. We asked for the key to the ski storage in the garage but never received it. They did refund us a small amount of our money but not enough in our opinion considering we had to sleep on dirty sheets for one night and visit the management desk in another building in order to get towels for a shower.
This condo was super clean and close to all restaurants and stores. It had a sauna which was super nice after a day in the snow and was super comfortable and accommodating with plenty of space.
We stayed with 4 adults and two young kids. The floor plan is great and allowed for each adult couple and the kids to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The common area was really cozy. We enjoyed the sauna in the unit and the views of the snow and the trees from all of the windows. The location is ideal for recreation, restaurants, and skiing.
Nice place to two families. We had the loft upstairs and our friend the room downstairs. All the kids in one room (which was challenging to get them to sleep). Great layout allow for good flow.

Spacious and well appointed
My family of 4 had a wonderful New Years week in this condo. The lofted ceilings gave it a very spacious feel. The kitchen was very well stocked. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved all the pictures of old Winter Park throughout the unit. My son enjoyed the kids room quite a bit. It was disappointing that the rental agency could not tell us what gaming system was in the unit. He ended up bringing his own PS4 so as not to be disappointed, but for future renters there is a PS3 system with multiple controllers and games. These things are very important for a 12 year old! We also enjoyed all the DVD’s provided and watched the whole Terminator series. There are also lovely unobstructed views of the continental divide from this top floor unit. Now the down sides, this is a 4th floor walk-up. We didn’t mind it because the top floor is quiet and it comes with the views, but be warned if you are not in top shape! Also, we had no access to the ski locker so we kept our equipment in our car top carrier which we could not open because the covered parking was too low. We thought we’d be taking the bus to the slopes but this ended up being too much of a hassle for the above reasons so we ended up just driving to the mountain. Also, this building is the furthest back from the main road and bus stop, so the walk down the steep drive to the bus stop looked awfully precarious to try in snow boots. On the flip side, it’s an easy walk in regular boots to any of the restaurants or stores on Main Street. The TV in the living area was also disappointingly old and lower def (720p). I think this should be updated for the price of the rental. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this unit again. Had we been informed of the 4th floor walk-up, had a better TV and ski storage I would have given 5 stars.
