The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen bed and features a renovated bathroom with dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom contains two double beds, and guests can utilize the updated hallway bathroom. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
A parking pass is required for this unit, limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
