Located within the Trailhead Lodges complex and conveniently situated along the shuttle route, this property is the perfect ski retreat for couples, small families, or two individuals seeking comfortable accommodations. This charming one-bedroom unit is also near the Rendezvous Event Center, which boasts a sledding hill suitable for all ages and inviting fire pits for warmth. A brief walk leads to the main street, providing additional dining and shopping options. During the summer months, the Rendezvous Event Center becomes a lively hub, hosting live music, craft fairs, and fitness events.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The living room features a newly added foldout Queen mattress, enhancing the comfort of the additional sleeping arrangements. It also includes a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and various games. A private deck offers picturesque mountain views. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
The well-appointed kitchen is designed for both simple meal preparation and gourmet cooking. This spacious and well-lit area is conveniently located next to the living room, allowing for shared moments. Additionally, the full bathroom and a gear room for ski storage and similar items are located off the hallway, completing the layout.
Situated on the third floor of the building, guests may use the shared elevator for easy access. PARKING: Only two designated spots are available.
The complex is ideally situated adjacent to the Rendezvous Event Center, which hosts a variety of music, culinary, and fitness events throughout the summer. In the winter, the Rendezvous Event Center transforms into a sledding hill suitable for individuals of all ages. Guests can conveniently stroll the half block to Main Street in the downtown area or utilize the complimentary town shuttle, making it an excellent ski getaway or summer retreat for couples or small families.
The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Cozy, centrally located condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy, centrally located condo. We could walk easily to restaurants. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool.

As Described - Nice

We had a nice stay here. Clean, tidy, and as described. Nice to have dish soap, bathroom soap, fresh dish sponge, garbage bags, etc. when we arrived. Great location close to the town of Winter Park. I would book here again no question.

Great place for a small family

Awesome condo/apartment with enough room for at least 3. Could fit two kids on the spare mattress. Awesome views off the balcony and very close to downtown winter park. Would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Nice ski condo

Overall, an enjoyable stay. Condo was clean and fairly well equipped for cooking ourselves. TV streaming could use updating, with better instructions. Had to read wifi password carefully to succeed. Loved the instructions on how not to destroy/operate blinds ! Heating controls req'd daily adjustment until we found best settings. A humidifier would have been nice. Elevator appreciated, since condo on 3rd floor. However, it could use adjustment, as it is jerky, esp for those who don't like elevators to start with. We never could figure out the parking pass situation. Condo kitchen counter instructions stated we were to properly place supplied pass in vehicle, but there was no pass in condo. We called/texted Beaver Village, they never got back to me. I finally stopped by office,and they said "new passes would be available in a few weeks"....so don't worry, we won't tow you. Clubhouse was disappointing, sorta depressing. No wifi, TV reception, etc. We used gym, but it needs better equipment. Condo is conveniently located near several city bus stops, but the app does not always provide accurate information. Best to wear snow boots, walk to stop, and rent locker. Snow removal parking service was pretty good. Shoveling of paths and stairways could be improved. Stairways are dangerous when snow covered.

Great location, very clean.

There is a heating pipe in the wall that knocks throughout the night. It kept me awake. In addition, the TV in the bedroom has a volume issue. Automatically goes from soft (can’t hear) to loud volume.

Property Management Lies

The unit itself is very nice. The bathroom and shower is lacking in functionality and quality. I contacted the management office before booking to assure the jacuzzi would be available for use. They flat out lied about it being available...."Closed Indefinitely".

Great Experience

Property was neat and clean and the pictures were a good representation of the product we rented. I gave the highest rating for everything except communication with the manager. We don't really have complaints other than it would have been good to talk to someone live as apposed to receiving texts. Bottom line the check in was with a combination and the address was sent to us on short notice so there were no problems.
