**The space**

One-bedroom riverside condominium 2416 at Zephy Mountain is beautifully

decorated. Located at the end of the hallway with a deck overlooking the

Village and Continental Divide. This unit is equipped with a full kitchen

that features elegant cabinets and a quartz countertop. Enjoy the morning

coffee or tea time in the afternoon overlooking the gazebo in the heart of the

Village during special events.



**The bedroom**

The bedroom has a king-size bed with wall mounted television, jack and jill

bathroom with lovely subway tile, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living

room.



During the stay, you have access to on-site storage for your skis, snowboard,

or bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed

internet throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are steps away across Winter

Park Drive.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slopeside accommodations.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
