Contemporary Ski Condo with Continental Divide View- Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe Premium-Rated 4470

Lovely 4th floor contemporary one bedroom efficiency condo sleeps 4 people

with king bed in the bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living area.. This

special condo with the larger refrigerator makes a perfect getaway where you

can prepare all of your meals. You will find a nice balcony overlooking the

Continental Divide along with the sectional to cozy up and relax while

watching movies. The location is at the end of the hallway for a peaceful

experience and only one floor up from the amenity deck access at Founders

Pointe. Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
