    The ground floor entrance offers hardwood floors, easy access to the garage parking, the third bedroom with Captain’s Bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on top), ceiling fan and access to the main bathroom in the hallway with lovely vanity and shower/tub combination.
    The chef's kitchen is equipped with premium Thermador appliances, handcrafted cabinetry, distinctive tile work, breakfast bar seating for up to three guests, laundry facilities and a small patio.
    The second floor offers an expansive great room featuring soaring ceilings and a custom wet bar—perfect for entertaining, gas fireplace, flat screen television and ceiling fan. Access to a private deck to enjoy breathtaking views and ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
    The primary bedroom suite offers a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan,flat screen television and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and custom tiled shower enclosure. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the half bathroom in the hallway.

This was our first time in Winter Park. The location is great, being up the mountain a few minutes from the best shopping and restaurants. We saw moose 3x on the short drive! This condo is brand new, making it in great condition. It is very tastefully decorated and has plenty of great features. The double garage is tall enough to accomodate our SUV with yakima carrier. We had a few hiccups along the way with the unit being new, but they were all resolved very promptly. A few things to be aware of: the unit doesn't have a microwave. Secondly, there isn't a great place to put a laptop and work other than the bar top. The stairs and altitude might be a challenge to some. Finally, a tip: bring a couple of lawn chairs for the deck.Overall, this was a great fit for our needs. We'd definitely book it again.
