This townhome is an end unit, so enjoys incredible views out the front balcony as well as back deck. Hot tub also enjoys the amazing views.
Walk out the unit to surrounding trails, or to the local restaurants/bars and festivals - or take the bus to ski base for day of skiing.
Stay indoors in beautiful luxury and soak in tub, or play a game with friends or family while relaxing in front of fireplace.

Each bedroom and the living room has a TV with a Roku device, so you can log in to your personal streaming services.
There is also cable service available to watch.

DESCRIPTION OF SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Upper Level:

-Master bedroom: 1 King bed with walk-in closet and master bathroom with tub and shower
-Bedroom # 2: 1 King bed with attached private full bathroom
-Bedroom # 3: 1 set of twin bunk beds and full size sleeper sofa (this sofa bed is perfect for 1-2 children, or 1 willing adult)
-There is another full bathroom on this upper level

Lower Level:

- Bedroom # 4: 1 King bed
- Den has 1 Queen bed
- The lower level has 1 full bathroom

Main level of home has the living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bathroom

We welcome children and families, but please note the unit is not "child proof". We have outlet safety caps in the kitchen pantry.

We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend for families! Great location with easy access to Winterpark ski bus stops. Easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The property was clean and comfortable. Loved all the Amenities.bedroom and bathroom space.

A beautiful large condo within a 5 minute walk of Downtown Winter Park shopping and restaurants. We have been to Winter Park annually for the past 45 years and this is one of the best accommodations

Property was a great location! Easy walk to restaurant and 10 minute walk to town. Free shuttle service to ski area was short walk away. Nice comfortable house with nice hot tub! Strongly recommend!

We had 10 of us comfortably-short walk to the bus and shops. All the amenities-hot tub was a huge hit. Towels and bedding was high quality, kitchen has excellent appliances as well as plenty of plates, flatware and pots and pans. The nicest place I've ever stayed in Winter Park. Highly recommended!

Winter Park Jazz Festival

The location was perfect for our first time at the Jazz Festival. We were able to walk to the festival each day. Restaurants were close by. There was no need for the use of a car except to go to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Place was great! Beds were comfortable, place was clean. A lot of stairs, as listing shows, so an added thing to think about with little kids. Lots of helpful baby gear in the garage - booster seat for eating, umbrella stroller, etc. Right next to overflow parking lot so plenty of room for multiple cars. Close to everything fun in Winter Park!

Summer Trip to Winter Park

Had a great stay in this multi-level unit. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms could use some more lighting…maybe some ceiling fans with lights. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The location was great for the purpose of our stay. Lots of shops, restaurants and walking trails within walking distance. Would stay here again for sure!

The host provided a lovely welcome basket. The house was well appointed and conveniently located. There are ALOT of steps and there wasn’t any AC but overall it was a very nice place and I would recommend it for a large group.

Fall Break

We had a party of 10 with 4 adults a 16 year old, 2 13 year olds, 2 9 year olds, and a 7 year old with plenty of space for all to be comfortable. The home was perfectally located right by Hideaway Park to make everything accessible for walking and biking, with all the trails we love close by. Barely drove the car and biked everywhere. The place was super clean and worked perfect for our larger group.

Ski trip

The property was very nice and had ample space. The location was convenient to town and close to the ski resort, and had a beautiful view. We had issues with the hot water and hot tub not working, but the owner was responsive and worked to resolve the issues. By the end of our stay, both were working. It’s hard to tell in the pictures, but there are multiple staircases in this property, and stairs are required to get to all of the bedrooms and the kitchen. It is not recommended for people who struggle with stairs. However, it’s a great property for multiple families traveling together or larger groups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nice house, lacked attention

This is a townhouse in a great location. We stayed with my family, parents, brother and his family. Downtown was the walking distance, which was really nice. The house had a nice mountain feel. The house definitely could have been cleaner. It felt like many things were kept up to the bare minimum. We were traveling with a 10 month old and I would not recommend this house for anyone with small children. There are five flights of stairs throughout the entire house. The door openings are wide, so from what I can tell most baby gates will not fit.
