Top-of-the-line finishes are abundant throughout. Owned and loved by two local Denver families, this home is perfect for a larger family or group enjoying the mountains together.

    Just uphill from the grocery store and restaurants, you will be 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 4 miles from the ski resort. Take advantage of the free shuttle that stops 50 yards from your front door to take you to town and the ski resort. Additional highlights include a well stocked kitchen, large two-story family room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, front deck with sunset views, back deck with gas grill, and a two-car heated garage to take the chill out of ski mornings. Garage includes a 220V plug for your EV.
