You will have the chance to interact with guests in the adjacent dining area, which seats six individuals, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your evening by unwinding in front of the gas fireplace while watching television in the living room. The sliding glass door offers easy access to the private patio, providing a stunning view from the first-floor unit. The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. There are also two extra sleeping spaces available on the sofa sleeper in the living area. A second full bathroom is situated in the main hallway. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. Guests have the option to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service offered by the town, with stops conveniently located just a few steps from the unit. Alternatively, they may opt for a short walk to the main clubhouse. Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. We typically rent a place near Winter Park for a ski weekend every year. This was a great place to stay. Close to the resort, has shuttle service and a short drive to town. Condo had everything we needed as we always come with our own food to prepare and eat. Rooms were spacious and fireplace worked great for early mornings. Would definitely stay again.
