One of Winter Park's most popular lodging choices is Beaver Village Condominiums due to the convenience of location and some great clubhouse amenities.
Beaver Village Condominiums epitomize comfort and convenience, located just 1.5 miles from the Ski Area, just a 5 minute walk to the main downtown shopping and restaurant area of Cooper Creek Square. Directly across Highway 40, you can choose from the popular winter activities of snowmobiling and sleigh rides.
During the summer months, a bike path leads directly from the property to the great trail system for mountain biking in the Fraser Valley. The same bike trails will provide winter access to snowshoeing and cross country skiing, so you won't have to leave the property to find activities and enjoy the outdoors
The main living area includes a full kitchen and main dining area. The living room has a gas fireplace, 46" flat screen TV, DVD, telephone, queen sized sofa sleeper, free in unit wireless internet access and private balcony that overlooks the forested grounds of the complex.
Location: Building 18, 2nd floor.
Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in the second bedroom, Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
