Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio equipped with a BBQ grill and offering breathtaking views of the Winter Park Resort. The dining area, conveniently situated next to the main living space, includes a dining table that comfortably accommodates six. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The elegant kitchen features a newly installed tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, attractive countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats three individuals. The primary bedroom is spacious and includes a queen-sized bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also well-appointed, featuring a queen-sized bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for children, furnished with two bunk beds - one being a captain's bunk and the other a twin bunk bed - along with a private patio and access to the hallway bathroom. This condominium encompasses a total area of 1,234 square feet. It includes two private patios and decks and is located just minutes away from downtown Winter Park, approximately three miles from the Winter Park Resort. Additionally, a complimentary town shuttle bus service stops directly in front of the complex, providing easy access to both the ski area and downtown. The property offers a variety of amenities, including a newly installed spacious outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry services, and complimentary parking. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. The place is amazing with 3 whole bathrooms which is good for big groups! Very clean and modern. The only gripe was that we did not get access to wi-fi at all during our stay but everything else was great.
This condo, tucked away in Winter Park, was very accommodating for a group of adults. Each bathroom has been recently renovated and the condo contained everything we needed for our weekend ski trip. Back door opens to great views of the mountain. Would recommend to any friends/family looking for a spot to stay. 10/10!
We loved the location and the layout of the property. It was easy to find, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There were just a couple issues we had throughout our stay. Firstly, we weren’t given the code to the hot tub and had to call the office to get it. Also the hot tub was stuck at 95 for part of our stay and when we tried to contact the HOA to fix it (as we were instructed by the office) they weren’t answering despite multiple calls within their hours of operation. Finally there were many different thermostats in the rooms and we had a hard time figuring out which worked, which didn’t and what areas each affected. Please update your information given to renters to include detailed instructions for how to operate the thermostats and what area each one affects.
Everything was great! Nice finishes and plenty of room for max occupancy. Easy access to hot tub and bus. We would definitely come back here for another weekend.
Great spot, plenty of room and sliding glass doors in all living areas is very cool. The hot uh kind of works. One day it was hot, but the jets wouldn’t work, the next day it wasn’t hot but the jets worked. But the worst part about the place is how thin the walls and ceiling are. Starting at 6:30am the neighbors walking, vacuuming, hammering, everything you will hear. It’s terrible.

Family Vacation with no TV or WiFi
We stay in WP every winter and this time our property had some issues. The temp was very cold when we arrived and took several phone calls and the maint person showing up to figure out how the thermostat worked. We kept the heat set as high as possible and unfortunately it would go back to 55 degrees over night and we woke up freezing. The property is not well insulated.
We also had numerous issues with the Wifi and never did get it working despite numerous calls. This also meant the Tv's did not work. Luckily we played games and were not there during the day, but for some families this could be a problem.
The management company was responsive and did the best they could, but it still was an inconvenience.
