The NEW Timber Fox complex at Roam is just steps away from shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (which hosts the Summer Concert Series), sledding hill, and visitor center, shuttle pick up/drop off and more.

This is a single level condo on the 2nd floor. Covered parking garage keeps you out of the elements from your vehicle to condo. Elevator access and ski locker makes this complex super convenient for your ski trip! The entrance to the condo provides a perfect nook for storing your jackets and boots. The beautiful kitchen opens up to the dining and living area to make for a nice open floor plan. Off the living area there is a huge balcony to spend warmer days in the winter and summer on. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, in-suite bathroom, and access to the balcony. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle as well. The second bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom which is also accessible off the kitchen. Living room has sleeper sofa. Radiant IN FLOOR HEAT in the bathrooms. Washer and Dryer in unit for your convenience! Regardless of what time of the year you decide to visit, or how you choose to spend your time here, this exceptional Winter Park vacation home will serve as the perfect jumping off point for all of your Colorado adventures!
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
The following vehicles may not be parked within the community. • Commercial vehicles. • Vehicles with a one-ton rating or more. • Boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, and recreational vehicles of any type. • Abandoned, unregistered, or inoperable vehicles of any kind.
Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. Grand Park Rec Center is just down the street with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

This condo still feels new, with plenty of great amenities like a heated parking garage, nice kitchen and a good setup for a family of 5. We enjoyed the walkability to nearby restaurants!
We loved our stay! The place was clean, comfortable and accommodated our whole family. We enjoyed the short walk to Hideaway Park where we went sledding! The location is a 5 minute drive to the base of Winter Park.I would definitely recommend this place!
Next to a park with playground and small slopes for little kids, short ride to the gondola and tubing slipes. Clean and well equipped apartment, great spa outside. Would book again.
This is a great little condo right in the heart of town. Clean, comfortable and has access to a big hot tub for post-mountain relaxation. Bonus points for the Phish memorabilia!
We stayed for a long ski weekend. The unit was very clean and convenient to WinterPark and restaurants. The ski locker and shuttle service to WP simplified the logistics of getting people to the slopes.
Great location off Main Street within easy walking distance of restaurants/bars. Facility itself was great with easy parking/access to shared outdoor hot tub. Apartment pics are representative of the property. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family
The condo is meticulously clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive to my several queries and very helpful. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor in-ground hot tub.
Check in was a breeze and so easy with the digital codes. It was so close to town we walked in every evening, even in the sideways snow, to have dinner. Finding the bus routes to go skiing was simple and the hot tub was great after skiing. My son and I had a blast.As a side note, I love Phish so that was just an added bonus to see the ticket stubs and some of the added decor. I hope we are able to return in the near future.
The property was just as listed and very clean. We came for a family ski trip with our two teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone. It's a quick drive over to the ski hill and we were able to get in the free lot each morning. The unit was in a great location and right next to the hot tub. There is a park close by with a tubing hill for the winter and live music in the summer. The building is also within walking distance to multiple restaurants - The Ditch is our favorite! The garage parking spot for the unit was easy to get in and out of with our SUV.
The place was spotless and the location was great - the shuttle to the mountain was very convenient. It is a nice new building and was not very full the week we were there. The ski locker and indoor garage parking spot were an added bonus. We were able to store all of our gear in the locker. Beds and extra seating could have been a bit more comfortable - hard for family of 4 to watch movie together and all have comfy seating. Kitchen was well- stocked - cooked multiple meals during our stay. Really enjoyed our vacation, would recommend staying in this condo. It was exactly what we expected based on the listing.
We’ve stayed in this complex before and every place is great, including this one. There were just three of us, two adults and one kiddo, but it could easily accommodate more. The only quirks were check-in, our code for parking and the place had one extra digit it shouldn’t have had. Property management was easily reached and fast with resolution. Also, checkout process said to throw the trash in the dumpster to the left of garage door, but there are no outside dumpsters, there is a trash chute just beside the elevators. No big deal. The location is ideal for walking all around Winter Park. Hard to beat. We’d stay here again.

The property was very clean, modern, well furnished, and in a great location! Best rental we’ve stayed at in Winter Park and would love to stay here again! We give it 5+ stars!
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and clean up.
The bathrooms were large and well stocked with towels, soaps, tissues, toilet paper, and hair dryers. The radiant floor heating would be a nice plus in the winter.
The living room, dining room and bar had plenty of seating. Plenty of entertainment with games, and smart TV’s.
The deck was massive and would love to see the owner put in a hot tub and more seating. There was a community hot tub, but it was often in use.
The garage parking was a nice plus. It’s heated in the winter and quick and east access to the unit by elevator or stairs. The garage entrance and parking spots were a little tight, so don’t recommend for super large vehicles. However, it was probably one of the best spots in the garage with the extra room next to the electrical panels.
Charlotte with Winter Park Management LLC was a rockstar! She was very quick to respond to questions. We also reported some minor maintenance things (loose cabinet door and broken soap dispenser) to her upon arrival and someone from maintenance was quick to respond and address them.
Even though there was construction of the nearby buildings, it didn’t bother us at all. The whole area has new construction so it’s par for course in WP.

The property looks as nice as the pictures, and the management company was extremely responsive and helpful. We went for a ski vacation, and it was a good location. The walk to/from the shuttle stop is slightly more daunting than billed if you’re carrying lots of skis and walking in boots with kids. We had someone who could drop us off in the morning, and we rode the shuttle back. That seemed ideal so my 6yo didn’t get too worn out walking and waiting before the day started. Maybe it was just me, but some of the instructions were a little less clear than they could be — for example,how to find and access the right ski locker, how to find the dumpster — but the management company was always super quick with a reply to help. The ski locker is tucked away behind a door in the garage, and you have to guess the locker is the same number as the parking spot. You also have to get the code to the lock, as it was not in the initial details. The dumpster isn’t to the left of the garage as you exit the garage, but rather it’s inside the garage, and you find it when you turn left upon exiting the first floor garage elevator. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed, but the property is fantastic, and we would certainly go back. It’s very walkable to Hideaway Park and food in town.
