Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape or a fun family getaway, our RV offers the perfect mix of outdoor charm and comfort! We welcome your furry friends, and nearby attractions include a boat slip and a public swimming pool!



    The Space:

    Welcome to our charming Tiny Home—a cozy retreat with all the Florida flair! Whether you’re here to chill like a local or explore like a tourist, this slice of paradise is ready for you (and your furry friends—yes, we mean pets, not wild party animals).



    First things first: free parking! Just pull right up and let the vacation begin. You’ll enter through a screen room—perfect for dining and lounging mosquito-free. There’s a picnic table, extra seating, and even an outdoor shower/bathtub to shower under the stars or snap a quirky selfie. Plus, a hook game and string lights for that “I’m definitely on vacation” vibe.



    Inside, the full-size kitchen is ready for anything, from gourmet meals to reheating pizza, with a washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. The living area flows into a full-size bathroom (yes, with real walls!) and a king-size bedroom. Feeling adventurous? Head up to the two cozy lofts—one with a queen-size bed and another with a full-size mattress.



    Outside, the backyard is your personal playground: a small picnic table, fireplace for s’mores, two swinging chairs, and of course, corn hole for friendly competition.



    When you’re ready to explore, Lake Apopka is nearby for scenic views, birdwatching, and peaceful walks. Newton Park and a boat slip are minutes away, while Veterans Memorial Park has pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. A public pool is also nearby for a quick swim, and downtown Winter Garden is just a 1-2 minute drive with plenty of shops and restaurants.



    Bonus round: We have a golf cart for your use! Free with month-long stays or rentable daily for local adventures.

Host was very responsive and easy to work with and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The location is perfect & easy to walk downtown and get to the bike trails. The property is a little smaller or feels smaller than the photos but it was clean and had great amenities.

Very cute place and clean. Good location, not far from town. It had everything that we needed and is pet friendly. Well situated right across from a beautiful park and lake. We rented the golf cart to use for part of our stay. Our host William was quick to reply to any questions or needs that we had.

This was my first stay outside of a hotel and was pleasantly impressed! I had to stay locally with my pets while my roof was redone. Communication from host was superb. No issues with the stay. Property was right across the street from a lovely, well maintained park where I was able to take my dog for several peaceful walks.

We had a fun stay and the location was excellent. The place is close to downtown, which made it easy to walk or bike to lots of quaint places to eat and enjoy an evening out. One of our top priorities was access to a paved bike trail, and it was very close and convenient.There’s also a nice park right across the street, which was perfect for evening walks and catching the sunset. The neighborhood itself is on a quiet street, so it felt very relaxing.The property had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was fantastic. We especially loved the private screened-in area and the fully fenced backyard, which made it perfect for our dog to enjoy safely.The host was very responsive and quickly answered all of our questions, which made the stay even smoother.We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

For those with furry friends who want to see Orlando and Central Florida there aren't a lot of affordable options so this is a wonderful go to. It's like 'glamping' in a Winter Gardens neighborhood across from a wonderful park on a lake for walking your 4 legged family members. Owner is a great communicator ready to answer any questions to help make your stay great.

Not a pet owner. Floors and surfaces were clean on arrival. Toilet did not work for entire day. Communicated with host via app throughout day to find out what was going was frustrating but eventually problem was fixed. Property outside of camper made the stay, gave more space, and we lived the fire pit.

I was hoping to give this place 5 stars as our first thoughts were "this place is great, we'll need to reserve this next time we come to Winter Garden". Unfortunately as we were going to bed about midnight a C02 alarm kept going off. It was very loud. We texted the owner at 1:30am but did not get a reply. We were able to stop it but then it would go off again. After 4 times we had to pack up and leave and find a hotel in the middle of the night. We wrote it off to an adventure but were hoping the owner would give us some kind of credit since we had to pay for a hotel but they never offered. He just said the alarm was sensitive to sprays but we had used none. Other than the alarm going off it was a great tiny home.
