Quick details about the sleeping arrangement: there is a king bed in the master, a queen bed in one room, and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Inside the room with the twin beds is also a high-end, full-size futon bed. Inside the room withe queen, there is also a queen-sized air mattress. The space very comfortably sleeps 6, and up to 10 with the futon and air mattress.
