I stay here every year for Triad Anime Convention and always enjoy the affordability and great location. There is an excellent bakery right by the hotel and the walk to the convention center is easy. This year, breakfast cost money, but the hotel still provided fruit, muffins, and other pastries in the morning for free. I love how helpful the staff are and how they are always willing to provide extra towels and amenities.

The hotel is well kept and service excellent. The continental breakfast is very average and never changes. The absence of any dining facility or food sold on site is very problematic and could be fixed
by selling frozen dishes for warm up in microwave. The hotel otherwise is exemplary and the above issues might not be a problem for people with an automobile.

Very clean, convenient location off the highway, and friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. We checked in late, so we didn’t get to explore the surrounding area. The king size room was an impressive sized room, too!! And we could have our pet for a $50 fee…

Great location downtown, but was confusing getting around. The room was nice and clean, the staff were wonderful, but the breakfast was an additional $10 for anything other than what was presented.

This is a very hands-off hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, but not really visible. They don’t tidy the room unless you ask. That’s fine with me. I just hope workers are getting enough hours. The bed was comfy and the hotel was convenient to downtown Winston-Salem. I walked to events all weekend.

Front desk could not help me find local channels on the TV. It turns on to a list of channels, none of which were ABC, NBC, or CBS. Going up and down around those were just blank. He said “You get whatever the package is that they have.” I later saw a code to scan that was behind the Tv and it showede how to get them!
Also the continental breakfast choice was a muffin, a bagel and an orange of apple.
