"The only thing I do not like is having $20 added to my bill because I might have incidentals. I still have not been reimbursed for the $20. The bill at checkout took off the $20 but it still has not been credited to my bank account. "

"We really enjoyed our room and the Soak. The room was very well decorated and functional. We especially liked the use of the Beetle Killed Spruce on all of the doors and furniture and the soak was almost too relaxing which we needed. We will stay again."

"I love the hotel amazing beds. I love how you gave a lot of pillows. The only thing is that you guys just need to pay attention to a lot of little things like the curtains had stains on them and there was gum on the bed frame, but other than that, I love the hotel amazing. Stay comfortable. The gym was amazing. Could use an update but was great thank you."
