"Hotel was lovely, huge bed & clean. But was told couldn’t use the pool after checking out which I think you should be able to, even hotels in London allow this. We were told we have to purchase a day pass "

" All the staff we interacted with friendly and helpful. The spa was clean with good facilities, a good range of treatments with excellent therapists. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection to cater for all tastes."

"Loved the rooms. Bright, airy, clean, well equipped and spacious. Could do with a few more USB points. The area is lovely and has plenty of parking. Unfortunately the ongoing building site (hospital) is a bit unsightly. Not the properties fault. Staff are fantastic, helpful, empathetic and go the extra mile. Massive thumbs up for staff. We only had breakfast on this occasion. Only negative to breakfast is that it is not made clear that if you can’t find something, you need only ask staff and they will help. Overall the hotel is lovely. Could do with a few water fountains for refilling water bottles."
