"The pool was about as big as the hot tub, both were overcrowded and dirty and no clean towels...we had to move rooms twice and ended up getting charged for an upgraded room that we didn't get. "We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that."
