The hotel was very clean and the staff we're very kind and welcoming! There's plenty of parking, and the AC is very powerful in the room!

Everything about this hotel was immaculate from the staff to the restaurant to the location and of course the rooms and the bathroom are well kept very update to date. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, the room smelled fresh as well. I just wanted to have the sheets changed and not just dropped off.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent nine-night stay at the AC Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of quality I expected, especially considering I paid nearly $300 per night. The first and biggest issue was the pillows. Every night I woke up with severe neck pain because they were so uncomfortable. As someone who travels frequently for business, I’ve honestly had more comfortable pillows at Holiday Inn properties while paying nearly half the price. I was also disappointed that the rooms did not include a microwave, the property did not have a swimming pool, and there were no guest laundry facilities. Since I was staying for more than a week, I expected a hotel at this price point to offer on-site laundry. Instead, I had to hand-wash my clothes and hang them to dry in my room. Another concern was the Sky Bar. I paid $21 for a drink that was mostly ice. I brought my concern to the manager’s attention, but nothing was done to address the issue. Additionally, none of the ice machines on the guest floors were working during my stay. Every time I needed ice, I had to take my ice bucket to the front desk on the 18th floor, which became very inconvenient. The one area where the AC Hotel truly exceeded my expectations was housekeeping. Your housekeeping staff was outstanding. They were professional, attentive, and trustworthy. In previous travels, I have unfortunately experienced personal belongings being taken by housekeeping staff.
