Bed was comfy, but the metal stand underneath was in the way and sounded like a metal locker closing, we laughed everytime is happened. AC was noisy, but worked well. Minimal breakfast choices, but there was hot coffee! Curtains in room needed fixing and no bigger chair to sit in other than a desk chair. $50 get what you pay for and all we really needed was a clean room and good bed.

The room was awful. Only a few TV channels, toilet ran on and off all night, toilet seat was broken. NO HOT WATER, only lukewarm. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle or toast were the choices, and cereal. No coffee creamer. We deserve our money back.

The room had no towels, only a bed, one floor lamp and no extra seating other than a desk chair. The TV didn’t work properly as well as the TV remote was not functioning correctly. Only one night stand table on one side of the bed. Just 2 coat hangers, No lights by the bed. Just very spartan and dissatisfying.

I did not like this property one bit. Staff was very rude and they would not give a refund because I chose not to stay there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your experience but we do require deposit which is clearly stayed on Expedia page which you refuse to provide hence our staff was not able to accommodate and cancelation policy are also stayed when you made this reservation.

Room was fine but it had a permanent cigarette smell even though it was a smoke free room. The sounds from the adjacent highway as well as the partially dislodged window kept me awake through the 3 nights I spent. Very little sound proofing meant you could hear everything in the hotel

My brother and I stayed here because his car broke down, 20 minutes east of Winslow. All I can say is: DON’T BREAK DOWN IN WINSLOW. You might be “standing on a corner” for longer than you’d like. Only 1 taxi/shuttle in town (and they only had 1 vehicle). Very limited car rental options, unless you can get to Flagstaff, nearly an hour away.

Reserved two rooms. 1st room stunk like someone cooked in there with very strong spices. I told them. They moved us but charged an $8 cleaning fee. It wasn’t our fault it stunk. 2nd room: phone and tv didn’t work. They came and fixed the tv but not the phone. The next morning my mom finally told me after we left the property, they found cockroaches in the room!! They tried calling (phone didn’t work), they tried looking for the staff…finally they just went to bed. We’ve traveled far and wanted to sleep. I talked to Expedia and when they got a hold of the Motel…they immediately said they needed pictures and that they were not informed at all. When we checked out it was hard to find them! They said they would not refund our stay due to no evidence. Don’t stay here!!!!

Not a lot of expectations for Winslow. Place was clean-ish, but is old and worn out. A good deal for the price, but I only stayed for that reason while elk hunting. Hot water and heat are nice in the winter after being out in the cold pre-dawn to after sunset. Hot water and room heater worked great!

This hotel is probably one of the worst places we've stayed in. The sink, faucet, tub and table were dirty. The chairs were filthy, stained and one has a sliced tear on it. The walkway between the bed and bathroom was a fire danger. It literally has a 1 1/2 foot clearance. They moved the refrigerator/microwave cabinet to cover up a damaged floor and it made the walkway very narrow. I do have pictures. We will never stay here again.

Room was run down. Bathroom doorknob missing along with holes in wall. No coffee maker in room as advertised. No elevators for floors on 2nd floor. Only continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

If you don't mind dirty sheets...
Isues with website when booking, couldn't find booking info, online agent canceled my reservation when I didn't ask her too, I was only inquiring about it. The room was not very clean however that is what I expected when I pulled up.

Disappointing
The property looked sketchy and the rooms were not very clean. The room smelled bad and the towels had holes in them. Television never connected and I could not even get cellphone reception in my room. Morning breakfast was terrible - bad food, coffe never fresh or even warm. No one avaliable to ask for help with the coffee. No other food sources on the area. Just not a good place overall.

Roll on past Rodeway
It was load and dirty and room smelt moldy. Couldn’t use a/c cuz it stunk so badly. There was no coffee, cups out at breakfast.
