The Winona Lake Chalet 1
- Enjoy a stylish experience at this brand new build. You'll love everything about this home; it's bright, open and modern. The perfect location to walk or ride bikes into the Village or on the Greenway just around the corner. This home offers two outdoor areas; an upper-level deck and a back patio perfect for grilling and dinner.
The main level features an open concept with a modern eat in kitchen, a fold out couch with a Queen bed, also a full bath with walk in shower. The bedroom on the main level is a Queen. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms; one King, one Queen with a full bathroom and adjoining balcony. The property also includes a full size washer & dryer and soft water with reverse osmosis drinking water.
