We had an overflowing toliet, and had called the front desk 2 times as they didnt seem urgent about the matter, due to lack of urgency the toliet over flowed into the living area of our room. We ended up leaving earlier than intended.

Mere Hotel
Disappointed that I had to make my way back into the hotel after check out as mistakenly been given a ticket by the company that monitors parking. Staff looked after it immediately. Hotel stay was great.
