"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10. "Our stay at the Parkhotel Wallgau was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. I will highly recommend you to family and friends coming to the area! We chose to spend our first wedding anniversary here and couldn’t have picked a better spot!"

"The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service. The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips. One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. "Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we arrived, the people were welcoming and genuinely friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The restaurant was excellent, with plenty of traditional Bavarian meals and some fantastic steaks. Having Augustiner on tap was the perfect bonus. The location is hard to beat – right at the southern tip of Lake Starnberg and within easy reach of the German Alps. It’s a great base for exploring the area or simply enjoying the scenery. Breakfast was another highlight, and that’s saying something as I’m not usually a breakfast person!"

"Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional.
