They were hosting 2 events during my check-in, so parking was nonexistent; on top of that, I was charged an additional parking fee at checkout to park in the hotel parking lot I already paid for. Parties on first floor were extremely noisy and could be heard through the floor. Will not stay again. God awful. "

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."

The hotel was clean and comfortable. very close to christiana mall and tons of eating and shopping options. room was comfortable and staff were friendly. they offer a breakfast though we did not have a chance to try it. we stay here about twice a year for a fun family get away and enjoy the mall nearby. "Pictures are false advertising, thank goodness, I only needed the room for a quick overnight with niece and nephew, visiting university of Delaware for acceptance day. the place was a dump inside and out. Many potholes. Lobby was piled with boxes, hallways and common areas were dirty. Room was not too clean in corners, bathroom and pillows were awful. Definitely would never stay again. "

"Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet."
