"Parking was in a very dirty uunderground area. Hotel is dirty, old, unkempt. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and dirty! Why don’t they do something about the care of this place . I do think it should be in Orbitz list!"

"This lovely home has a fully equipped kitchen, including spices, condiments, snacks and other staples. There's also plenty of dish soap, baggies, paper products, detergent, shampoo and bath supplies. It's obvious a lot of care has been taken to provide a comfortable stay. All 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are conveniently on the main floor. This is a safe and quiet location within easy reach of the highway, airport and the many interesting sights in downtown Hartford or other towns including the awesome State Capitol and homes of Mark Twain and Harriet Beecher Stowe. The Wadsworth Atheneum art museum is second to none! We enjoyed the piano, even though it could use a tuning. The Amazon Fire t.v. allows you to access your own apps or home Xfinity account. It was nice to have a hiking path behind the home as well. This home is a good value for family or visits with friends."

I was having issues connecting to one of the TV's and she immediately sent someone over to help resolve the issue. The person she sent was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed fixed. When I get the chance to visit again (maybe next month), I do hope this "home away from home" is available again :)"
