The Haüs Windham - Luxury 2 Bedroom Suite w Loft

Washington is our large-group apartment: four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a loft, nine beds and room for fourteen, with mountain views from the deck and the Windham Mountain lifts three minutes away. Combined and rebuilt in 2026 from two adjoining units, it now runs as one continuous suite rather than a warren of connecting rooms.

If you are bringing two or three families, or a bachelorette party that still wants their own beds, this is the unit.

Three full bathrooms with rainfall showers, quality fixtures and premium toiletries, spread across the suite so mornings work.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a marble dining table for group meals. Open living area with wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV and smart speaker. Central air conditioning and heat throughout.

THE ESTATE
Haüs Windham is a boutique 11-unit retreat on a private 17-acre estate in Windham, New York. Shared guest amenities include a fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights, a sauna, a screening room, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi throughout, generous free parking, and Tesla destination charging.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is contactless. Your keypad code arrives ahead of arrival, so you come and go on your own schedule with no front desk to meet.
The fireplace is wood-burning. Firewood is not included and is easy to pick up in the village.
Washington occupies most of our five-unit building. The suite is entirely private with its own entrance and keypad; the building's other apartments have separate entrances.
Booking the whole building for a larger group is possible. Ask us about the full-building rate.
