"The staff were friendly! Check in and out was easy! The valet (expensive in the whole area) was fast and professional. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t know they were renovating the lobby and probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known but the room was nice and the location was great! "

"Someone from housekeeping was on their phone at 830am talking so so loud right outside my room. They also tried getting into my room at 9am, if I hadnt put the bar on the door they would have walked right in while I was trying to sleep. Checkout isnt till noon!!"

The bedding and towels, and shower curtain were all stained with colorful sticky stuff like candy??? The lobby smelled of sewage for the last half of our stay. "
