Over all our stay was nice, we enjoyed the hot tub and the quietness. Only down side was being given the wrong address when clicking on the link given on Vrbo. There was also no cell phone service for us so we had to drive back into town and call the host to get the correct address, took us a little bit to find the property better signage would definitely help! We would visit again

Great area!

Overall the stay was nice and the surrounding area is gorgeous and worth the trip in itself. It’s a condo in a multi-unit building which it does specify in the listing but just mindful. There was only one other couple there on the complete opposite side of the complex so it did not bother us. The place was pretty dirty for being “luxury” and it seems like the maintenance staff doesn’t do a great job. The kitchen sink didn’t work which didn’t matter to us because it was one night and we just used the bathroom sink. When we unfolded the couch bed for my kids, it was loaded with dirt so we had to clean it before making the bed. The rugs in the main bedroom were pretty stained. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 trash bag. However if you called, i’m sure they would provide extra, it just seems inconvenient. The place had a lot of potential and Claudia was super friendly on the phone. I think a lot of the issues I mentioned fall on the maintenance staff and that’s unfortunate. I feel like the work they do may not be checked and they aren’t held to the standards they should be for the kind of place it is.
