Woodsy 6br Lake House W/ Dock Near Twin Creeks

A little piece of Heaven on Tims Ford Lake! Our waterfront home is a 5,000 sqft woodsy retreat with beautiful views. Close to Twin Creeks Marina. Beautiful vaulted ceiling’s and floor to celing windows. This house can accommodate several families, with 6 bedrooms and a spacious basement game room that truly has it all! Large covered patio, two decks off the main level overlooking the lake with cozy seating and spectacular views. Large covered dock with one slip, kayak launch, and sun deck.

There are three bedrooms, two and a half bath as well as the main living room and kitchen on the main level. There are stairs down to the basement, and dock access.

Private and woodsy, Large home with 6 bedrooms and lots of space for large groups! Amazing game room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffle board, and other games. Two decks with a view of the lake, large back patio, easy steps to the dock.

Please note, the water level on Tim’s Ford Lake does drop significantly during the winter months, so the dock may not be floating during certain months. Please consider this if you are needing lake access during winter months.

Holiday Get Away

Our family stayed from Wed-Sun over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had family and friends over to celebrate. Everyone had nothing but wonderful comments regarding the property and its amenities. Especially the view and game room. The home is tastefully decorated and most amenities have been updated. This would make a great summer destination having access to the lake. Hope to come back soon!

A perfect match

Our multi generational family celebrated a milestone birthday over a long weekend. This property exceeded all of our needs. Plenty of space to spread out and plenty to do (even with some rain). The basement was an absolute treat where the uncles/aunts took on many matches of shuffleboard, ping pong and air hockey against the younger crew. So much fun. We fished on the dock, relaxed and just enjoyed each other’s company. There were even some toys for our youngest crew members to enjoy too. The host was so responsive and answered every question quickly. I hope other families will enjoy this property as much as we did.

Best house to rent!!!!!

Our family loves the lake. This house has a large dock where we docked 3 boats and a jet ski. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we were stuck inside for most of the time. There were so many games to keep my large family entertained. The porches were amazing to relax on. The owners were so nice to accommodate us. We will definitely book this house again. We have rented several houses on Tim’s Ford. Hands down this was the best house we have rented so far.
